  • Minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.

Managerial Cadre:

  • Age not exceeding 45 years.
  • Minimum of a second class Upper degree, or a Second Class Lower with a Master’s degree, or an HND degree with at least Upper Credit and a Master’s degree.
  • Completed NYSC or possession of an NYSC exemption certificate.
  • Minimum of 18 to 20 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 to 5 years at a managerial/leadership level in an organization of similar magnitude to NNPC.
