The International Peace Scholarship (IPS) Fund, established by the P.E.O. Sisterhood, supports international women pursuing graduate studies in the United States or Canada. Awards are granted based on demonstrated financial need, but are not intended to cover all expenses. Applicants must show proof of additional financial resources such as personal funds, teaching assistantships, grants, or tuition waivers.

The maximum award for the 2026 academic year is USD $12,500, with smaller awards granted according to individual needs.
