Applicants must:
- Be a citizen of or have refugee status in an eligible Commonwealth country
- Be a permanent resident in a Commonwealth country
- Have at least 5 years of full-time relevant work experience
- Be currently employed and return to the same organization post-fellowship
- Provide two references (one must be from the current employer)
- Not have received a Commonwealth Professional Fellowship in the last 5 years
- Not be seeking to conduct research or academic study
- Be available to start from February 2026
