The program provides tuition-free, hands-on training, monthly stipends, starter packs, and business loans for participants. It is part of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, designed to transition Nigerian youth from job seekers to job creators.

Fully funded technical and vocational training program with financial and entrepreneurial support.
Who is eligible to apply?
- Nigerian citizens with a valid National Identification Number (NIN) and Bank Verification Number (BVN)
- Young Nigerians seeking to learn or improve a trade skill
- Applicants for the Short-Term Certificate (STC) program — no educational qualification required
- Applicants for the Vocational Education & Innovation (VEI) program — must have at least FSLC, RPL, or non-formal education certification
- Must commit to attending all training sessions and practical modules
How Do They Choose Applicants?
Applicants are verified using NIN and BVN for authenticity. Selection is based on eligibility, chosen trade, and training center availability. Verified applicants are contacted via the portal or SMS for enrollment.

Only citizens of Nigeria residing across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) are eligible.

Training takes place in over 2,600 accredited centers nationwide, including:
