The Scaling Women’s Economic Empowerment through Affirmative Procurement Reforms (SWEEAP) Training Program – Cohort 2 is an initiative implemented by DO Take Action, with support from the Chevening Alumni Programme Fund (CAPF) and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). The program equips women-owned and led businesses (WOLBs) in Nigeria with tools, training, and mentorship to participate effectively in public and private sector procurement opportunities while promoting gender-inclusive procurement reforms.

Which fields qualify?
The program targets all business sectors led or owned by women, particularly those involved in procurement, supply, or entrepreneurship across industries.

Entrepreneurship and business capacity-building training program.

- Women entrepreneurs based in Kano or Rivers State, Nigeria
- Businesses that are registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Enterprises that have been operating for at least six months
- Businesses owned (at least 51%) or led by women, or with 30% female board representation
- Applicants willing to attend all training sessions and open to formalising their business operations
