The MTN ICT and Business Skills Training is a youth development initiative designed to equip young Nigerian entrepreneurs with digital and business skills. It features a 5-week blended learning programme with self-paced and instructor-led online sessions, plus masterclasses from industry experts.

Micro-business owners across all fields and sectors are welcome, provided their businesses are under 2 years old.

Who is eligible to apply?
- Nigerian youth (male or female) aged 18–35.
- Must own and manage a micro business not older than 2 years.
- Business must be located in one of these states: Abuja, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Enugu, Ondo, Plateau, Sokoto, or Taraba.
How Do They Choose Applicants?
Applicants are shortlisted based on eligibility criteria (age, location, and business ownership). Final selection emphasizes commitment to completing the training.

Training will be delivered online with virtual support. An equipment grants will be awarded to top participants within Nigeria.
