- Valid NIN and BVN
- No prior education required
✅ For VEI Programme:
- Valid NIN and BVN
- Any of the following:
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
- First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)
- Any non-formal education certificate (from NGOs, religious bodies, etc.)
