Who is eligible to apply?

- Hold a Master’s degree in one of the eligible fields.
- Have no more than 1 year of work experience.
- Be currently residing in Ethiopia (due to local health and security conditions).
- Be fluent in English.
- Have a strong interest in EU–AU relations, diplomacy, and governance.
- Possess excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Be skilled in social media, video editing, and design tools (e.g., Canva).
