The University of Malta provides both domestic and international students with a fully supported opportunity to study in the nation through the Master’s Scholarship.
For a full year, the fully funded University of Malta Scholarship offers a living stipend of β¬6000 in addition to complete tuition reimbursement.

This is a fully funded Masterβs by Research Scholarship at the University of Malta. The research project is titled:
π βInvestigating Malta’s Recent Seismic Activity and Development of Novel Tools for Earthquake Analysisβ
It includes hands-on training in earthquake data analysis using SeisComP and ISOLA software.

Applicants with a Bachelorβs in:
- Geosciences
- Physics
- Earth Systems
- Mathematics
- Statistics
Degrees in other sciences, earth-related fields, or IT will also be considered.

π Masterβs by Research (M.Sc.)
π Who is eligible to apply?
- Candidates with a relevant BSc degree
- Final-year undergraduates (if they complete by Sept 2025)
- Applicants who meet the Masterβs entry requirements of the University of Malta
- International students (must show English proficiency and ability to support living costs)
